COLLEGE TRAINING

Your experience here at ProCare Athletic Performance starts with a series of evaluations – corrective movement screening, force plate testing, speed velocity profile using the 1080 Motion Sprint, and strength tests in the weight room. You will work with our coaches to uncover strengths and weaknesses, discuss injury concerns, and set goals. Our high-tech training system and programs optimize all phases of sprinting and multidirectional speed, recovery, strength and stability, and injury risk reduction.
